Over the past 19 years, we have worked as planners, lead architects, and consulting/collaborative architects on a variety of commercial, retail, industrial, multi-family, and single-family projects throughout Colorado. Through this experience we have become well versed in providing the services necessary to get projects approved and built in a timely and cost effective manner.

Robert Van Pelt, President, has over 30 years of diverse project and operations experience within the architecture/engineering/construction industry.  Areas of expertise include:  design and planning, project and operations management, code compliance and regulatory approval processing, and CADD production and coordination.  A graduate of the University of Colorado, (Environmental Design 1983, MBA 1986), Bob is a licensed architect in the state of Colorado.
